Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field of study.
- Have very good communication skills in German and English.
- Work in a structured and reliable way, with strong attention to detail.
- Have an analytical mindset and be comfortable working with numbers.
- Communicate confidently with internal stakeholders and partners and work as a team player.
- Practical experience in sales, sales operations, or a B2B environment from a student job or internship is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support Partner Sales Managers with daily tasks, including managing partner relationships.
- Prepare offers and sales documents, and follow up to contribute to partner-driven revenue growth.
- Answer partner inquiries by email and forward complex cases to the responsible Partner Sales Manager.
- Assist in managing partner and client contracts in Salesforce.
- Maintain accurate partner and customer data.
- Collaborate with Direct Sales, Partner Success, and Marketing.
- Learn about the SaaS environment and Lucanet's products.
