Have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience managing a mix of Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
Demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Bring deep knowledge of the Minas Gerais corporate landscape and an active local network among finance leaders, CFOs, and corporate decision-makers.
Be able to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiate complex agreements.
Be comfortable interfacing with C-level executives.
Have working proficiency in English and fluency in Portuguese.
Have experience or interest in using AI tools to automate workflows and optimize daily outreach.
Bring adaptability, ownership, and the ability to operate independently.
Preferred: experience selling complex SaaS, financial technology, ERP systems, or corporate card solutions.
Preferred: analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python; basic Spanish proficiency or willingness to learn.

Own and execute the end-to-end sales cycle for Mid-Market and Enterprise companies in Minas Gerais.
Use local business relationships and knowledge of the Minas Gerais business ecosystem to open doors and generate qualified leads.
Navigate multi-stakeholder procurement and legal processes for Enterprise clients while maintaining a high-velocity Mid-Market pipeline.
Use HubSpot, Metabase, Amplemarket, and N8N to manage the pipeline, automate workflows, and track KPIs.
Work with product, risk, legal, and customer success teams to align market strategies and unblock complex deals.
Support a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
