Requirements
- Have 2-3 years of experience with Smart Leads, Clay, or a similar outreach platform.
- Have proven experience building sales funnels and impacting TOFU.
- Be familiar with CRM tools.
- Be familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Be familiar with email scraping tools.
- Be familiar with MS Excel.
- Have an interest in B2B lead generation.
- Be comfortable using data to identify patterns and draw basic conclusions.
- Have excellent spoken and written English and communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Exposure to creative and design services is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition through strategic cold email outreach using SmartLeads, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email scraping tools.
- Execute cold email strategies to maintain inbox deliverability, open rates, and bounce rates.
- Maintain and update lead records, ensuring data accuracy and integration with the broader sales process.
- Ensure generated leads meet quality standards and maintain data integrity in the CRM.
- Report lead quality, open rates, bounce rates, and other KPIs to the manager.
- Track and optimize individual top-of-funnel targets.
- Identify sales opportunities and loop in the operations team where relevant.
