Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional iOS development experience.
- At least one application published on the App Store.
- Experience delivering iOS applications from design through deployment, including TestFlight distribution and App Store submission.
- Strong proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs using URLSession or Alamofire and parsing JSON with Codable.
- Understanding of iOS architecture patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, or The Composable Architecture (TCA).
- Practical experience with Swift Concurrency, including async/await and Combine.
- Experience with local persistence technologies such as Core Data or SwiftData.
- Familiarity with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Hands-on experience with Xcode, Swift Package Manager, and Git-based version control hosted on Azure DevOps Repos.
- Strong understanding of application testing, debugging, performance optimization, and production release processes.
- Preferred: experience with mobile CI/CD tools such as Xcode Cloud, Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
- Preferred: familiarity with Objective-C and existing Objective-C codebases.
- Preferred: experience with application analytics, feature flags, and A/B testing.
- Preferred: familiarity with .NET 8 APIs and PostgreSQL.
Responsibilities
- Own iOS features from design handoff and implementation through testing, release, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
- Translate Figma designs into responsive, accessible, pixel-accurate interfaces.
- Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including authentication, error handling, caching, and offline functionality.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts, validate endpoints, and troubleshoot integrations.
- Write and maintain unit and UI tests using XCTest.
- Manage Xcode builds, code signing, certificates, provisioning profiles, and environment-specific builds.
- Coordinate TestFlight testing, prepare App Store listings and submissions, and manage production releases.
- Monitor crashes and performance using Instruments, Crashlytics, and Sentry, and resolve post-launch issues.
- Collaborate with backend, Android, design, and QA teams in an Agile development environment.
