Requirements
- Have at least seven years of professional experience as an SAP Functional Consultant.
- Bring advanced expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
- Have experience working as a Business Analyst within SAP environments.
- Understand business process analysis, process design, requirements gathering, and system integration.
- Be able to assess current processes, define future-state workflows, and develop functional documentation.
- Have experience facilitating workshops and aligning business and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting data and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Have intermediate to advanced English proficiency, equivalent to B2–C1.
- Experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP Materials Management (MM) is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and design SAP system solutions aligned with business goals and operational requirements.
- Assess existing business models, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and define future-state processes.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, validate business needs, and align on proposed solutions.
- Develop process maps, functional documentation, and descriptions of current-state and future-state workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business teams and technical specialists to support system integration.
- Analyze data to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and provide decision-making insights.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to end users.
- Serve as an SAP Plant Maintenance subject matter expert and contribute recommendations to project decisions.
- Coordinate team activities and support collaboration across project stakeholders.
- Contribute to improvements in business processes, system functionality, and maintenance operations.
