Requirements
- Have professional experience in compensation, total rewards, HR consulting, or a related field.
- Bring practical expertise in compensation analysis and program design.
- Have experience with salary benchmarking, job matching, market pricing, pay range development, and internal compensation equity assessments.
- Be proficient in compensation data analysis, spreadsheet-based modeling, data manipulation, and cost projections.
- Understand compensation philosophies, market positioning, pay structures, and how compensation practices relate to organizational culture and business strategy.
- Apply strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify patterns and solve compensation challenges.
- Communicate technical findings clearly and professionally to clients, HR teams, and business leaders.
- Demonstrate client-service and relationship-building capabilities, including facilitating discussions and managing differing viewpoints.
- Manage multiple assignments and competing priorities with strong organizational skills.
- Work independently in a remote environment and contribute to a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation data, conduct job matching, and perform market benchmarking.
- Design and evaluate salary structures, pay ranges, and compensation frameworks.
- Review internal compensation equity and recommend appropriate adjustments.
- Perform compensation modeling, data manipulation, cost analysis, and scenario planning.
- Translate quantitative findings into practical recommendations for business leaders.
- Advise clients on compensation philosophy and develop tailored compensation solutions.
- Build client relationships and facilitate stakeholder discussions about compensation priorities.
- Manage multiple client engagements and project priorities while delivering accurate, timely work.
