Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; a PgMP certification or equivalent advanced program management credential is preferred.
- Bring approximately 10–12 years of total professional experience, including 8–10 years in project management and 4–5 years in program management.
- Have led at least three programs, each valued at $100 million or more.
- Demonstrate extensive expertise in data center operations and large-scale or hyperscale infrastructure deployments.
- Have experience managing complex, multi-site programs with multiple workstreams, significant budgets, demanding schedules, and diverse stakeholders.
- Have experience leading matrixed teams across multiple geographies and coordinating global resources.
- Understand data center infrastructure delivery, including structured cabling, network infrastructure, power and space planning, installation, and operational support.
- Demonstrate expertise in program governance, project controls, resource planning, risk management, quality assurance, and delivery methodologies.
- Have financial and commercial management experience, including P&L ownership, revenue forecasting, budget management, cost control, margin optimization, and financial reporting.
- Have experience developing and reviewing Statements of Work, evaluating subcontractor pricing, supporting commercial proposals, and participating in contract negotiations.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, PPM tools, ERP systems, Salesforce, workforce management platforms, and cloud-based technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and operational management of large-scale and hyperscale data center infrastructure programs.
- Oversee end-to-end data center deployments, including structured cabling, network infrastructure, power and space planning, installation, and Day 2 operations.
- Develop multi-year program roadmaps and establish program governance, communication, escalation, and stakeholder management processes.
- Lead project managers, coordinators, field supervisors, installation teams, and operational support personnel across concurrent programs.
- Serve as the primary executive contact for assigned clients and conduct regular client business reviews.
- Manage program plans, project controls, risks, quality, schedules, costs, and change management.
- Coordinate equipment and material sourcing with supply chain and procurement teams, and oversee subcontractor proposals and terms.
- Own program P&L performance, revenue forecasting, budgets, cost tracking, margins, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
- Support pre-sales, commercial strategy, proposal reviews, and contract negotiations.
- Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, operational processes, and workforce planning.
