Have 8+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or software engineering.
Demonstrate proficiency with Python and Java.
Bring deep Kubernetes and container orchestration knowledge.
Have proven CI/CD and GitOps experience.
Bring Infrastructure as Code expertise with Terraform.
Have strong AWS and cloud-native experience.
Have experience operating distributed, high-availability systems.
Be able to influence without authority and communicate effectively across regions.
Kotlin or Go familiarity is a plus.
Internal developer platform or portal experience is a plus.
FinOps or cloud cost management experience is a plus.
Regulated or high-availability environment experience is a plus.
Backend development experience is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.

Drive technical design and delivery of platform capabilities across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, observability, CI/CD, and developer tooling.
Architect, build, and operate cloud-native platforms on AWS.
Lead the evolution of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps-based workflows.
Build and maintain internal platform services and tooling.
Drive Infrastructure as Code and automation practices across teams.
Partner with application teams to align platform capabilities with developer needs.
Lead or participate in complex cross-team initiatives.
Improve operational excellence through observability, automation, and incident response.
Mentor engineers and participate in on-call rotations.
