Requirements
- Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centers, or other client-facing roles.
- Experience handling customer conversations over the phone.
- Experience using CRM or customer management systems.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
- Ability to handle objections and customer concerns professionally.
- Ability to follow up consistently with prospective clients.
- Strong documentation, note-taking, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities.
- Ability to discuss sensitive financial matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Financial-services, debt settlement, debt consolidation, or lending experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement, debt consolidation, and related financial solutions.
- Understand prospective clients’ financial situations and explain available programs clearly.
- Guide clients toward appropriate solutions through consultative conversations.
- Follow up with leads, re-engage prospects, and make outbound calls when required.
- Handle questions and objections while balancing sales goals with a customer-first approach.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including call notes, communication history, lead status, and follow-up requirements.
- Track lead progression through the sales pipeline and protect confidential customer information.
- Coordinate client follow-ups and handoffs with sales and customer service teams.
