- Own HubSpot as the marketing and commercial system of record, including properties, pipelines, workflows, lead scoring, routing and permissions.
- Prepare KPI inputs and commercial performance reporting for ELT, GTM, Monthly Commercial Review and Board cycles.
- Maintain Lead > MQL > SAL > SQL > Opportunity definitions, routing rules and SLAs across Marketing, SDR, Sales and Client Success.
- Build pipeline, funnel and revenue dashboards and support Sales with forecasting.
- Produce weekly and monthly commercial review packs, identify bottlenecks and recommend actions.
- Manage campaign, source and account attribution to report Marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Map and improve the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, renewal and expansion visibility.
- Maintain HubSpot products, price books, quotes and discount approvals, and prepare commission calculations for Finance approval.
- Own CRM data quality, manage connected-tool integrations and automate manual commercial-team work.
