Requirements

Pass a federal background check.
Complete fingerprinting and drug screening.
Provide a quiet home workspace.
Have reliable high-speed internet.
Complete self-paced certification, which takes about six weeks.
Strong plus: bring banking, card, financial services, or contact center experience.
Work as an independent contractor and provide your own workspace and equipment.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls about card activation, replacements, lost or stolen cards, balances, and account questions.
Process payments and transfers accurately and securely.
Handle cardholder disputes.
Verify identities and follow security and compliance protocols on every call.
Spot potential fraud and help resolve it.
Document every interaction accurately.
