Requirements
- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities
- Take care of customers and identify coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and upcoming renewal increases.
- Answer inbound calls from policyholders who need changes.
- Learn the insurance products available across the company’s panel of insurance companies.
- Become knowledgeable about the app and guide customers through it.
- Resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Share customer feedback and suggestions to help improve the product.
