Job Details

Have some experience managing social media accounts through personal projects, freelance assignments, internships, or professional roles.
Be familiar with Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, or similar social media platforms.
Understand basic social media analytics, including engagement rates, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
Have strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Have basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe applications, or similar creative software.
Be familiar with social media scheduling and management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or equivalent platforms.
Have a basic understanding of paid social media advertising.
Be able to manage content calendars, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple tasks.
Be able to work independently and collaborate with colleagues in a distributed team.
Have good English communication skills.
Be available full-time Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern European Time (EET).

Assist in managing and growing social media accounts, particularly Facebook.
Create, adapt, schedule, and publish written posts, images, graphics, and short-form videos.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, and respond professionally.
Track engagement, reach, and audience growth, and prepare basic reports.
Research emerging social media trends, platform updates, and content formats.
Collaborate with marketing and audience development teams to support campaigns.
Review audience responses and performance data to identify effective content and recommend adjustments.
Contribute ideas for posts, visual concepts, and social media initiatives.
