Job Details

Manage the end-to-end workflow from concept development or source selection through production, approval, publication, engagement, and learning.
Create original social content and repurpose existing material while managing deadlines and concurrent deliverables.
Use performance evidence to recommend specific production or publishing adjustments.
Write strongly and adapt accurately to distinct brand voices.
Demonstrate professional discretion, organization, adaptability, and reliable follow-through.
Use Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent tools for supporting assets.
Work with Frame.io, Dropbox, Asana, Slack, and a designated social publishing suite.
Use Meta Business tools, TikTok Business Center, and YouTube Studio within assigned permissions.
Be legally authorized to provide the agreed-upon services from your work location.

Translate approved brand direction into practical content calendars, source selections, original concepts, and editorial proposals.
Select moments from existing or newly captured material and edit short-form video.
Prepare accurate captions, titles, covers, and platform-specific content versions.
Plan and capture lightweight original or event content when included in the agreed scope.
Prepare review packs, consolidate feedback, maintain approved versions, and distinguish quality control from permission to publish.
Schedule and publish authorized content, checking channels, formats, captions, links, tags, thumbnails, accessibility, metadata, and live results.
Manage routine comments and messages within agreed coverage and response guidance, escalating sensitive or reputational issues.
Track content and channel results and provide a concise monthly report with specific improvements to test.
Maintain source and project files and publishing records, and flag permission or security issues.
