Requirements
- Have 12+ years of IT experience.
- Have 8+ years of architect-level experience on ServiceNow.
- Bring Enterprise Service Management experience beyond ITSM.
- Have strong knowledge of integration architecture, including IntegrationHub and REST APIs.
- Have experience with AI and automation frameworks on ServiceNow.
- Have an advisory and consulting background in design authority and roadmaps.
- Be able to present to executives in a client-facing role.
Responsibilities
- Validate the current ServiceNow setup, including modules, workflows, customizations, and integrations.
- Design the target architecture for integrating an AI front door with ServiceNow.
- Design integrations and APIs for AI interactions with ServiceNow.
- Assess knowledge and AI readiness, including knowledge base quality and permissions.
- Establish security and control measures for AI actions.
- Define the operating model and governance for the integration.
- Create an implementation roadmap detailing MVP scope, effort, and costs.
- Lead workshops and present findings to senior stakeholders.
