Requirements
- Bring 12+ years of overall IT/CRM experience, with strong experience in solution architecture.
- Have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Have proven experience in CRM solution design, integration architecture, data architecture, and customisation planning.
- Understand enterprise integration patterns, APIs, data management, and CRM architecture principles.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to define practical, scalable solutions.
- Have strong stakeholder management and architectural documentation skills.
- Be willing to relocate to UAE, if required.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CRM solution architecture and design across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Define integration strategy and architecture for CRM and surrounding enterprise systems.
- Design data architecture, including data models, data flows, governance, and integration considerations.
- Develop customisation and extensibility strategies for scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Evaluate functional and technical requirements and translate them into CRM solution designs.
- Provide architectural guidance to development and implementation teams.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, scalability, performance, and best-practice standards.
- Support technical decision-making and identify opportunities to optimise the CRM landscape.
