Requirements
- Have 5–8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
- Bring deep AWS and cloud architecture expertise.
- Have strong Infrastructure as Code experience.
- Have proven ownership of complex, production systems.
- Demonstrate systems thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Be able to influence teams and drive technical decisions.
- Kubernetes and container platforms at scale are strong signals.
- Experience with high-availability SaaS products is a strong signal.
- Exposure to ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance frameworks is a strong signal.
- Experience mentoring engineers and shaping practices is a strong signal.
Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve scalable, secure cloud infrastructure.
- Define infrastructure standards and long-term technical direction.
- Drive cost optimisation and performance improvements.
- Own uptime, SLAs, and incident management practices.
- Lead post-incident reviews and systemic improvements.
- Define monitoring, alerting, and observability strategy.
- Lead Infrastructure as Code maturity and governance.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliability.
- Enable engineering teams through better tooling and platform capabilities.
