Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Education, Design, Business, or a related field.
- Have experience designing courses for adult learners.
- Be comfortable designing corporate training on data and AI topics.
- Have experience applying strategies that engage learners and support learning goals.
- Bring strong written communication, copy editing, and proofreading skills.
- Have strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Have experience developing and managing operational frameworks and processes that scale.
- Have experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar.
- Be able to learn new tools quickly; Airtable experience is not required.
- PMP, Scrum/Agile, or ITIL certifications are a plus, but not required.
- Work hours must be compatible with the EST time zone.
Responsibilities
- Develop slides and instructor guides for live online training programs focused on data and AI.
- Customize curricula by updating examples and case studies to meet client needs.
- Design interactive exercises and activities that engage learners and promote hands-on practice.
- Create assignment workbooks and guidelines for learners completing capstone projects.
- Assess program outcomes and develop reusable learning assets adaptable to different client needs.
- Review subject matter expert materials and provide feedback to improve the learning experience.
- Iterate on lessons using instructor and learner feedback.
- Analyze program data, monitor performance, and develop KPIs to measure efficiency and impact.
- Define timelines, track progress, and manage resources to deliver work on time and within budget.
