Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped, engineering-implemented product software and complex multi-path flows.
- 3–5 years of dedicated UX/UI product design experience.
- Mastery of Figma and interactive prototyping skills.
- Extensive experience working within an established enterprise-scale design system.
- Ability to reason about technical authentication mechanics, session states, and routing logic.
- Proven strength in systems thinking, accessibility, and producing comprehensive engineering handoff specs.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Slack.
- Fluent in English for all documentation and daily communication.
- Experience with authentication, identity verification, or trust-related user flows.
- Experience using product metrics, A/B testing, and usability testing to iterate on designs.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete product design cycle including problem framing, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
- Conduct current-state audits and map user flows across authentication and account settings to identify and fix inconsistencies.
- Design complex, branching user flows tailored to varied account conditions and edge states.
- Produce detailed engineering handoff documentation including redlines and interaction guidelines.
- Apply and extend enterprise-scale design systems to maintain consistency.
- Conduct usability validation and perform design QA during implementation.
