Requirements
- Have 8–10+ years of UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or complex web applications.
- Have early-stage startup experience in the B2B space.
- Provide a strong portfolio showing end-to-end design work and user-centered problem-solving.
- Demonstrate expertise in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.
- Be able to translate technical requirements into intuitive interfaces.
- Have experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Have experience with component-based design systems.
- Be comfortable working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Communicate and articulate design decisions clearly.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX design across the Fastn platform, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes.
- Own and evolve Fastn’s design system to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
- Design workflows for onboarding, integration setup, and feature adoption.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to validate and iterate on design decisions.
- Build and test prototypes to gather feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to align designs with product goals.
- Champion user-centered design and help establish UX best practices.
