Requirements
- Have 6-12 years of recent public accounting experience.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or a master's degree in accounting or tax.
- Bring strong technical knowledge with a developing area of expertise.
- Have business development experience.
- CPA preferred and/or J.D./LL.M. in Taxation.
Responsibilities
- Provide tax services to high-net-worth entrepreneurs, businesses, and family groups.
- Serve individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates, and not-for-profit organizations.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships to support positive client satisfaction.
- Seek opportunities for creativity and innovation in serving clients.
- Supervise staff members.
- Collaborate with engagement partners and staff to meet client expectations.
