Requirements
- Have 5 years' experience in account management.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage project-based client relationships.
- Be able to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be technologically proficient with Slack and ClickUp.
Responsibilities
- Provide clients with regular communication, including project status updates.
- Facilitate communication of critical information between clients and the internal team.
- Manage ClickUp projects and deadlines daily.
- Translate client requests and campaign updates into actionable next steps.
- Maintain a working understanding of ABM, campaign execution, content, email, paid/social, and marketing terminology.
