Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience may include sales development, business development, lead generation, customer service, or translation.
- Be good in English and Vietnamese.
Responsibilities
- Translate content from English to Vietnamese and customize outreach in line with local market strategy.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Conduct outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, instant messaging, and events marketing.
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer target prospects’ questions.
- Gather and validate company, contact, and technology-stack information from prospect engagement, online sources, and purchased lists.
- Document prospect conversations and engagement in the CRM, including current setup, evaluation timelines, and pain points.
- Schedule online or face-to-face appointments for client sales representatives and attend sales presentations or discovery calls.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Report weekly, monthly, or quarterly to the Production Manager or Client Success Manager.
- Stay up to date on products and services, complete product training, and use the client’s CRM for outreach and record updates.
