- Be familiar with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, and Slack.
- Have familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Use critical thinking and practical problem-solving to address challenges.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee and coordinate internal teams, including client support, talent management, and service delivery.
- Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and introduce solutions to improve productivity and quality.
- Maintain operational standards to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Work with the tech team to use tools and platforms that enhance operational performance.
- Monitor operational metrics, create performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate communication and alignment between departments.
