Requirements
- Be fluent in Mandarin at C1 level, with strong written and spoken skills.
- Be competent in English at least at B2 level.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
- Have 23 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or a related industry is preferred.
- Background or network in FX, trading, or similar markets is an advantage.
- Demonstrate communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present clearly and build trust with clients or partners.
- Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and commercially minded; able to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and Introducing Brokers, supporting satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Promote company products and services, contact prospective clients, present offerings, and follow up to convert leads.
- Assist clients with account setup and product use, and respond to inquiries.
- Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, analyze data, and provide market insights.
- Identify, engage, and recruit agents, affiliates, and partners in Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Work with sales, operations, and support teams toward business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and opportunities; track performance and contribute to reporting and forecasting.
