Requirements
- Have 5+ years of React experience.
- Have 5+ years of TypeScript experience.
- Have 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Have experience leading frontend technical decisions.
- Have experience mentoring engineers and driving UI architecture standards.
- Demonstrate productive use of agentic coding tools while maintaining standards for correctness, security, maintainability, and team collaboration.
- Bring solid full-stack experience, such as Node.js or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontend technical lead for CMG’s DataLab product and help set direction for the Mission Control team in the Western Hemisphere.
- Contribute to the frontend development harness, use it daily, and champion it across the team.
- Develop and maintain complex, scalable web application interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Partner with the cross-functional product team to find solutions across role boundaries.
- Guide frontend architecture, component design, accessibility, performance, and developer experience improvements.
- Contribute to product quality through unit, component, and end-to-end tests.
