- Working knowledge of GenAI writing and copyediting.
- Exposure to lead generation and tracking is a plus.

- Openness to taking on non-writing marketing tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Learn and develop expertise in SuperStaff content.
- Brainstorm growth strategies and collaborate with company departments, agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
- Develop strategies and tactics to promote the brand and drive qualified traffic.
- Use database tools to extract email addresses and maintain contact data.
- Execute a multi-channel content plan aligned with marketing pillars and sales enablement.
- Draft copy for awareness and conversion content, including blogs, social media, ads, landing pages, and email flows.
- Manage integrated campaigns and lead nurturing from start to finish, optimizing content for automation.
- Audit website content and check keywords, brand voice, links, and grammar.
- Track traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics, identify gaps, and improve existing assets.
- Take on new projects and related marketing support as needed.
