Requirements
- Have 5+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer in high-growth environments.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
- Be proficient in Python, including scikit-learn, NumPy, and pandas.
- Be proficient in SQL.
- Hold an MS or PhD in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Prefer simple, effective machine learning solutions before applying more complex approaches.
- Experience with Snowflake and Streamlit is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data science strategies to enhance machine learning models and services, including lead scoring, churn modeling, pricing, personalization, and fraud detection.
- Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and effective implementation.
- Drive end-to-end data science initiatives, from gathering and analyzing data through feature engineering, model selection and training, inference, and monitoring.
- Work with data infrastructure and analyst teams to enhance data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.
- Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
