Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Have 3-5+ years of experience implementing SaaS solutions.
- Have experience working with demanding, high-stakes accounts.
- Have experience managing operational and C-level stakeholders and supporting day-to-day relationship needs.
- Be detail-oriented and able to set priorities and adapt in a changing environment.
- Have written communication and presentation skills.
- Have experience leading data validation, unit testing, and UAT.
- Have experience with sFTP automation and API builds, including reviewing logs and troubleshooting.
- Have working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
- Be available to work outside normal business hours occasionally as required to support customers.
- Experience with HCM, Payroll, and Time Management Systems is a nice to have.
- Experience with Dell Boomi or similar products is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical integrations of DailyPay for Small to Enterprise sized customers.
- Perform discovery and document implementation requirements.
- Research technical solutions for complex customer integrations.
- Become a specialist in the product, configuration, and internal processes.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
- Assist the sales team with pre-sales and scoping discussions.
- Suggest product features and functionality based on implementation experience and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams on implementation details during post-launch handoff.
