Job Details

Use advanced SQL, including BigQuery or Redash.
Have proficiency in data visualization using AI tooling.
Have experience with statistical analysis, such as Pearson’s correlation and multivariate analysis.
Understand browser component interactions and their impact on user experience.
Work independently and translate technical requirements into business insights.
Solve unfamiliar technical problems with minimal guidance using documentation, experimentation, source code, data, and other available resources.
Knowledge of Rust or C++ is a strong plus.
Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar is highly desirable.

Create and maintain overview dashboards that make performance data usable for Product Managers and leadership.
Audit the Gecko codebase to identify missing telemetry collection points or probes.
Develop methods and tools to identify and filter data inconsistencies, including bot traffic and hardware-specific noise.
Analyze correlations between technical performance shifts, including LCP and eTLD+1, and user-facing pain points and engagement trends.
Focus on Gecko engine telemetry across desktop and Android.
Collaborate with the Performance Team, Data Team, and Product Leadership.
