Requirements
- Have experience using a variety of data analysis tools and know how to select the right tool.
- Have a solid grounding in SQL.
- Be passionate about using data to improve and inform business decisions.
- Be motivated to solve challenging problems and collaborate with subject matter experts.
- Be comfortable working hands-on as well as thinking strategically.
- Financial Health experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Generate insights through proactive analysis to help guide Financial Health strategy.
- Bring data-driven rigor to product development and develop a strategic understanding of the business.
- Structure complex projects and help bring them to life.
- Advise on Financial Health’s global expansion strategy.
- Develop and maintain Looker dashboards, reports, and metrics to assess business and customer outcomes.
- Ensure accurate reporting to third parties and regulators.
- Build and maintain controls to ensure business processes run as intended.
- Lead projects to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility of data.
