Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology.
- Demonstrate success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Have an established network of senior contacts in the Swedish retail landscape.
- Build relationships with C-suite and board-level stakeholders and demonstrate executive presence.
- Have experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
- Translate complex technology into business value.
- Understand enterprise procurement and legal processes in Sweden.
- Be comfortable building playbooks and iterating quickly in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
- Bring expertise in, or willingness to learn about, conversational AI and voice technology.
- Have native or full professional proficiency in Swedish and strong English for internal collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic accounts across Sweden, focusing on retail and consumer brands.
- Identify opportunities for conversational AI to improve customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency.
- Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build business cases for senior executives and economic buyers.
- Develop expertise in conversational AI use cases, competitive solutions, and industry trends relevant to Swedish retail.
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence in the Swedish retail sector.
- Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering on onboarding, deployment, and account expansion.
- Advise C-suite and senior operations leaders on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
