Job Details

Have 4+ years of professional experience in test automation.
Have hands-on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks and API testing solutions.
Be proficient in writing automated tests using TypeScript.
Have experience designing and executing end-to-end testing strategies in Agile delivery environments.
Have experience working in Agile continuous delivery teams.
Be able to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and resolve defects.
Understand software quality principles, automation optimization, and continuous improvement.
Be able to investigate test failures, identify root causes, and evaluate test outcomes.
Bring collaboration, communication, adaptability, ownership, and attention to detail.
A degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is desirable.
Certifications such as CSTAE, ASTQB ISTQB Advanced, or recognized Cypress or Playwright automation testing certifications are desirable.
Familiarity with pipeline and event-driven architectures, including Kafka, AWS EventBridge, AWS Step Functions, queues, streams, or SnapLogic, is an advantage.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable test automation frameworks.
Define testing standards and contribute to testing strategies for products and services.
Develop integration and end-to-end automated tests, test utilities, mocks, and simulators.
Integrate contract, smoke, regression, and end-to-end testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Maintain test suites and regression packs, improving coverage while keeping them lean and relevant.
Test front-end, back-end, API, and distributed microservice environments using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Postman, and RestAssured.
Plan and coordinate performance testing using tools such as K6 and JMeter.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, delivery leads, and other stakeholders to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
Investigate defects and production issues, identify root causes, and validate fixes through automated testing.
Contribute to continuous improvement of automation and engineering quality practices.
