Requirements
- Have 2–3 years of experience in podcast production, content ops, or digital media.
- Be confident managing remote workflows and cross-functional communication.
- Be familiar with publishing tools and production platforms.
- Be available during U.S. Eastern Time Zone business hours.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Manage podcast production logistics, including guest management, scheduling, and pre- and post-production coordination.
- Work with editors to ensure video and audio content is polished and on brand.
- Publish and optimize content on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
- Write show notes, social posts, and blog content to support SEO and discoverability.
- Use HubSpot, WordPress, BuzzSprout, and Canva to support ongoing publishing.
- Track content performance and coordinate with marketing on improvement loops.
- Support internal SaaS content development, including onboarding videos and tutorials.
