Have 4-6 years of experience in DTC/e-commerce marketing, content, or lifecycle marketing.
Have experience running email campaigns and automated flows using tools such as Klaviyo, Shopify, or HubSpot.
Demonstrate strong writing skills, including conversion-focused copy and brand storytelling.
Have experience producing and editing short-form vertical video content.
Be able to manage content calendars across channels consistently.
Be comfortable with basic analytics, including GA4, Klaviyo dashboards, and attribution tools.
Submit a portfolio; the portfolio is mandatory to apply.
Provide a resume and 2-3 writing samples or email/flow examples with the application.

Own the email and SMS strategy and calendar, including campaigns and automated flows.
Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to increase customer lifetime value and retention.
Build and refine abandoned browse and cart, post-purchase, loyalty, winback, and welcome lifecycle programs.
Design A/B tests to optimize creative, messaging, and conversion.
Own the content calendar across social, email, landing pages, and user-generated content.
Write scripts, website copy, blogs, landing-page messaging, and content briefs.
Develop content pillars, including education, how-to guides, product reviews, comparison content, and café buildout content.
Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Coordinate with influencer and UGC creators and edit or repurpose their content.
Partner with product and growth teams on messaging for launches, events, and campaigns.
