Requirements
- Have extensive digital marketing account management experience in an agency setting.
- Have experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Demonstrate strong client-facing and relationship-management skills.
- Have proven experience analyzing campaigns, KPIs, and digital marketing strategy.
- Have hands-on knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Shopify.
- Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and identify account growth opportunities.
- Have expert-level English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Have a USB headset with noise cancellation and a working webcam.
- Have a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Have a primary cable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client-facing point of contact and build relationships across multiple accounts.
- Analyze campaign performance and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Manage and coordinate campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Interpret data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and work with Shopify for eCommerce-related marketing.
- Prepare and present campaign performance updates and reports to clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts.
- Ensure client deliverables and follow-ups are completed on time.
- Coordinate with internal specialists or teams when additional support is needed.
