Requirements
- Have 7-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years of Salesforce experience.
- Have expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Be skilled in facilitating stakeholder discussions and gathering complex requirements.
- Have experience defining scalable solutions.
- Have hands-on experience in business process mapping and automation.
- Enterprise-level Salesforce implementation and solutioning experience is a plus.
- Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Nonprofit Cloud, or MuleSoft integrations is a plus.
- Understanding of Salesforce DevOps, Agile methodologies, and governance frameworks is a plus.
- Experience mentoring junior Business Analysts and contributing to solution design best practices is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic discovery sessions with senior stakeholders and define Salesforce solutions aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions with Architects and Developers, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignment.
- Create and refine Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and end-to-end process flows.
- Bridge business and technical teams to maintain clarity and alignment throughout project execution.
- Define testing strategies and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Lead change management initiatives to support solution adoption.
