Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of Salesforce experience.
- Articulate requirements effectively.
- Give presentations.
- Know Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Use business process mapping and related tools.
- Solutioning ability is an additional asset.
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Nonprofit Cloud, or CPQ is an additional asset.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their needs.
- Help clients explore and clarify their needs, run acceptance testing, and demonstrate completed solutions.
- Translate client requirements into user stories.
- Connect with developers and administrators to design solutions.
- Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).
- Participate in CUBE84 initiatives.
- Build and maintain working relationships with clients and team members.
- Design and conduct system testing.
