Requirements
- Bring extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience and strong proficiency in core platform capabilities.
- Have deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce platform architecture.
- Understand data modeling, security, and automation frameworks.
- Have advanced experience with Apex triggers, Apex classes, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex.
- Have experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce.
- Have experience with Flows and REST/SOAP integrations using JSON and XML.
- Be able to diagnose and resolve production issues, including automation failures, Apex exceptions, and integration errors.
- Understand the Force.com framework, governor limits, integration patterns, and Salesforce design best practices.
- Know Salesforce security and sharing models, custom object and field configuration, data management, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Preferred certifications include Platform Developer I and II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate business, functional, and technical requirements to define solution approaches.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and CCC-approved design standards.
- Design, build, and deploy high-performance, scalable solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, ETL teams, Business Analysts, and cross-functional partners on end-to-end solutions.
- Evaluate existing systems, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend changes aligned with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution.
- Assess requirements and recommend scope, development effort, and technical feasibility.
- Research and introduce tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance solution quality.
- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews for maintainable, scalable implementations.
- Participate in sprint and project planning, release coordination, Agile ceremonies, and daily Scrum status updates.
