Requirements
- Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Maintain an active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
- Have 3+ years of experience in bankruptcy, collection, or civil litigation.
- Demonstrate legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Be able to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently.
- Have analytical skills to assess legal and regulatory risk.
- Have negotiation skills for working with opposing counsel.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Have strong time management, organization, and prioritization abilities.
- Be able to travel to courts across Pennsylvania for hearings, appearances, and required meetings.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume caseloads in creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, collections, or civil litigation.
- Travel to courts across Pennsylvania for hearings and appearances.
- Attend required onsite meetings throughout Pennsylvania.
- Assess legal and regulatory risk.
- Negotiate with opposing counsel.
