Requirements
- Have 7+ years’ experience in promotional content or Medical within the life sciences industry.
- Have experience working with or within large global pharmaceutical companies.
- Have customer-facing consulting experience.
- Have experience managing relationships with key decision makers and application owners.
- Be able to travel up to 25%.
- Nice to have 7+ years of experience working in software or consulting.
- Nice to have SaaS/cloud experience.
- Nice to have experience working with Veeva Vault.
- Must be based in North America; East Coast preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support 4–6 large global customers after implementation with Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Medical applications.
- Own customer relationships with business decision makers and application owners.
- Act as a trusted advisor and foster collaboration with customers.
- Liaise with Veeva Strategy, Sales, Product, and Services stakeholders to address customer needs.
- Provide strategic guidance to optimize customers’ use of Veeva applications.
- Help create customer roadmaps based on business goals and needs.
- Facilitate customer-to-customer and customer-to-Veeva connections for collaboration and industry learning.
