Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting.
- Bring a strong hands-on track record building and shipping solutions, not only designing them.
- Demonstrate daily fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude, v0, or Replit.
- Understand LLM application patterns, including RAG, agents, prompt engineering, tool use, and fine-tuning.
- Apply engineering judgment to balance delivery speed with production readiness.
- Present work clearly to technical teams and non-technical client stakeholders.
- Estimate and scope work and defend technical build decisions commercially.
- Operate autonomously and lead without a fully formed team.
- Review AI-generated code critically and make architecture decisions while shipping and iterating on solutions.
- Nice to have: experience with enterprise software, cloud platforms, AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps, vector databases, or AI safety.
- Nice to have: experience in startup or scale-up environments, product roadmap influence, professional services revenue models, BPO, CX, contact center technology, or regulated industries.
Responsibilities
- Build working prototypes from scoped client briefs and deliver tailored AI solutions from discovery through go-live.
- Design solutions using LLMs, agents, RAG pipelines, and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Create live demos and proof-of-concepts with commercial stakeholders to support deal closure.
- Own solution quality, including security, scalability, maintainability, and production readiness.
- Lead production transitions, including monitoring, cost control, reliability, and support handoff.
- Assess client needs and select between EverSuite capabilities, off-the-shelf tooling, and custom AI builds.
- Estimate build costs, join client discovery sessions, and partner with Sales on scoping and technical validation.
- Share client and technical insights with Product Managers and contribute to EverSuite roadmap decisions.
- Document architecture patterns, reusable components, playbooks, delivery methodologies, and quality standards.
- Develop repeatable service offerings and, as the team grows, set technical standards, review work, and mentor architects and engineers.
