Requirements
- Have 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience in a retail agency or service center.
- Hold an active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Have Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel.
- Have experience working in an Agency Management System.
- Industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, or ARM are preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and succeed in a team-oriented environment.
- Have problem-solving and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients.
- Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business and properly insure risks.
- Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement.
- Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients.
- Research, recommend, and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients.
- Use Agency Management Systems to complete tasks.
- Lead day-to-day customer interactions and consult with customers using subject matter expertise.
- Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to internal team goals.
- Work with dedicated onshore/offshore service delivery teams to renew policies and bind new business leads.
