Requirements
- Fluency in Turkmen and Russian.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- At least 3 years of experience in client or educational projects, services, or support.
- Demonstrated task-driven project management aimed at achieving customer success.
- A strong consultative approach and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote position while reporting directly to other regions.
- Must be based in Turkmenistan.
- Availability for in-person meetings, school visits, onsite trainings, and travel within Turkmenistan as required.
- Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Work with the focal team on projects, meetings, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement.
- Stay up to date on Matific platform features and developments to provide customer support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Ministry of Education, NGOs, and strategic partners across Turkmenistan.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to represent and advance Matific’s mission and projects in the region.
- Own the customer success project lifecycle, including implementation planning, onboarding, training delivery, adoption follow-up, usage tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Track project milestones and success metrics.
- Lead regular meetings, reviews, and presentations with government bodies, NGOs, and institutional partners.
- Coordinate with product, operations, and regional teams to mobilise resources and support for educational projects in Turkmenistan.
