Have proven experience shipping LLM-based products to production, including prompt architecture, conversation state machines, retrieval, evaluations, moderation, and safety handling.
Bring strong backend engineering skills, including Python, FastAPI or a similar framework, SQL or PostgreSQL, and AWS.
Be comfortable owning infrastructure, CI/CD, and production operations independently.
Be able to ship and debug React Native and React applications on iOS and Android.
Have experience with in-app purchase flows on both mobile stores and Stripe on web.
Use agentic coding tools as part of a daily AI-first development practice, and review and take ownership of their output.
Demonstrate product sensibility for mobile and web user experience.
Have a track record of owning a product or major system end-to-end with minimal technical oversight.
Have strong written communication for working with a non-technical founder.
Have experience with, or demonstrate seriousness about, privacy, security, and access controls for personal or health data.

Own the AI Coach, including prompting, conversation state and progression, Pinecone retrieval, model selection, evaluation, and the safety and crisis layer.
Build and maintain the backend using Python 3.12, FastAPI, GraphQL (Strawberry), SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
Deliver mobile and web products using React Native for iOS and Android and React for the web.
Implement subscription flows using the App Store, Google Play, and Stripe.
Own release engineering, including CI/CD, environments, signing credentials, monitoring, backups, and rollback.
Build evaluation harnesses that test the AI Coach against scenario suites on each change.
Improve the product's mobile and web screens and user flows.
Translate technical decisions into plain language for the founder and clinical team.
