Requirements
- Bring solid experience in backend development and large-scale systems.
- Have advanced proficiency in C# and .NET.
- Have experience with Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and MongoDB.
- Have a strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD practices.
- Have hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar generative AI tools for software development.
- Be familiar with AI-assisted code generation and review, test creation, documentation, troubleshooting, AI agents, and automation.
- Collaborate across Architecture, Tech Leads, Engineering, and Product teams.
- Preferred: experience with Go (Golang).
- Preferred: background in Platform Engineering or Developer Experience.
- Preferred: experience building AI agents, skills, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, workflows, or AI-powered automations.
- Preferred: experience in identity solutions, security, or fraud prevention.
Responsibilities
- Support technical decisions and drive platform evolution across multiple development squads.
- Partner with Tech Leads and Architecture teams to define engineering standards, best practices, and reusable technical solutions.
- Identify development bottlenecks and implement improvements to productivity, software quality, and delivery efficiency.
- Explore, implement, and promote generative AI tools, agents, and automation workflows throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support the evolution of backend architectures, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Design and develop reusable components, templates, and engineering tools.
- Share technical knowledge and mentor engineers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering capabilities and practices.
