Requirements
- Have deep knowledge of Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Bring strong experience with system integration, queues, and messaging technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Have advanced knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Have solid professional experience with cloud computing environments and architectures.
- Have advanced knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Have advanced programming experience with C#/.NET.
- Bring strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Have solid knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end automated testing practices.
- Understand and practically apply software design patterns.
- Be familiar with structured logging, metrics, tracing, and other observability practices.
- Be able to understand interconnected technology platforms and the broader impact of technical decisions.
- Communicate technical decisions clearly, collaborate to influence decisions, and support the development of other engineers.
- Evaluate technical and business trade-offs and make pragmatic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures using microservices, modularization, event-driven patterns, and other suitable approaches.
- Develop high-performance backend services and APIs using sound software engineering practices.
- Define internal standards, architectural patterns, technical models, and governance practices.
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, support architectural decisions, mentor developers, and participate in code reviews.
- Ensure applications and services meet quality, security, reliability, and maintainability standards.
- Promote and implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Continuously improve the platform and its ecosystem, including extensibility, maintainability, and observability.
