Requirements

  • Have 6+ years of product management experience.
  • Have meaningful experience in a fast-cycle SaaS environment.
  • Have owned a platform or product serving enterprise partners and acted as the partner's primary product contact.
  • Have experience running a product cadence with enterprise partners.
  • Have shaped products collaboratively with Engineering and Design rather than handing off finished specifications.
  • Be comfortable querying and analyzing product and usage data.
  • Write crisp product narratives, partner-facing materials, and internal decision documents.
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and creating structure in an early-stage environment.
  • Have hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Retirement, wealth, advisor-platform, or adjacent regulated fintech experience is preferred.
  • Experience with compliance review as part of the build cycle is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the platform roadmap end to end, including feature sequencing, capability definition, and release planning.
  • Reconcile partner-specific requests into platform decisions based on advisor needs, identifying what is shared, configured, or declined.
  • Maintain context on partner commitments, platform architecture, partner requirements, and open decisions.
  • Analyze usage, product, and feedback data using Redshift, Metabase, and PostHog, and measure adoption after releases.
  • Serve as the day-to-day product contact for partner digital and product teams and run the product meeting cadence.
  • Build credibility with senior partner stakeholders and navigate evaluations, security and compliance reviews, architecture discussions, and approval processes.
  • Shape work with R&D by defining problems, options, and tradeoffs in workstream pages with embedded roadmap views.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design on architecture, sequencing, and advisor-facing experiences.
  • Work with Applied AI to evaluate whether platform AI agents solve identified problems while balancing cost.
  • Coordinate release readiness with Strategic Partnerships, Partner Sales, Marketing, Plan Consulting, and Operational Enablement.
