Job Details

Have 5+ years of product design experience.
Bring deep experience with complex B2B, enterprise, platform, developer, infrastructure, data, or operational products.
Provide a portfolio of shipped product work, especially complex workflows and data-dense interfaces.
Demonstrate systems thinking across users, objects, permissions, workflows, navigation, and data.
Bring strong interaction design, information architecture, UX, and visual design craft.
Have experience designing products where users understand and act on large amounts of information.
Be able to simplify technically complex concepts without removing important details.
Show strong product judgment and experience working directly and iteratively with Product Managers and Engineers.
Be able to operate independently without a large design organization or highly detailed requirements.
Have advanced Figma skills, including components, variables, design systems, responsive layouts, and prototypes.
Use modern AI tools regularly in the design process.
Have clear, direct written and verbal communication.

Design end-to-end platform workflows spanning risk understanding, remediation, governance, and reporting.
Redesign data-dense experiences such as vulnerability lists, image and workload inventories, cluster views, risk summaries, and operational dashboards.
Make large datasets easier to navigate using tables, filters, search, comparison, hierarchy, visualization, and drill-down.
Define information architecture and interaction models for a coherent, growing platform.
Design enterprise capabilities including roles and permissions, organizations and environments, policies, onboarding, audit, reporting, and administration.
Partner with Product and Engineering to shape problems, challenge assumptions, and take work from concepts and prototypes through production-ready UI.
Join customer conversations, usability sessions, and product discovery; use qualitative feedback, product analytics, and behavioral data to guide decisions.
Evolve reusable design-system components, patterns, and interaction standards in collaboration with Engineering.
Use AI tools and modern prototyping and development tools in the design process, and help define AI and agent-driven product workflows.
Partner with Marketing on website experiences, launches, campaigns, technical visuals, and consistent sales materials.
