Job Details

Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; technical education may also be considered.
Have proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within digital banks, fintechs, financial institutions, or payment companies.
Know financial products such as cards, credit, payments, digital accounts, or acquiring services.
Have experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs, refining requirements, and writing user stories.
Be familiar with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
Have experience collaborating across business, technology, UX/UI, and other cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate analytical skills and the ability to prioritize initiatives based on business impact, performance indicators, and value creation.
Have communication and organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Have basic Excel skills and intermediate Power BI proficiency.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business strategy and product objectives.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and development priorities.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, technology, UX/UI, and operations teams.
Lead product discovery sessions, backlog refinement, and alignment meetings with development teams.
Monitor the development and implementation of new features to ensure deliveries meet expectations and business needs.
Track product performance indicators, analyze results, and identify opportunities to improve financial products.
Contribute to product roadmap definition and align priorities with customer needs, financial goals, and operational efficiency.
